Bacon Aioli

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped into tiny bits
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Cook bacon and let cool. Once the bacon has cooled down, chop the bacon into tiny bits. Set aside about ½ tablespoon of the bacon pieces and use the rest to mix into the aioli. You'll use the ½ tablespoon at the end to sprinkle on top of the aioli.
  • Mince garlic
  • Juice lemon
  • In a bowl, add the mayo, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, minced garlic and bacon and give it a good stir until it is well blended.
