Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic crushed and minced

Instructions

  • Start by mincing the garlic clove and juicing the lemon.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayo, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until creamy.  Use immediately or store in fridge in an airtight container until ready to use.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or more to enhance the flavor.
  • To increase the spice level add more Sriracha Sauce or less for a milder sauce.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 5 days.
