Easy Dill Aioli Recipe

This Dill Aioli recipe comes together in a matter of minutes with the most flavorful results! It goes great with salmon, crab cakes, chicken, potatoes and makes an awesome dipping sauce for fries!

Equipment

  • Small bowl and spatula or spoon for mixing

Ingredients

  • cup Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
  • 3 teaspoons fresh dill weed chopped

Instructions

  • Start by chopping the dill, mincing the garlic and juicing the lemon.
  • In a small bowl, add the mayo, lemon juice, dill and garlic.
  • Mix together until well blended. Cover and place in fridge to chill for 15 minutes or more so that the flavors can blend. Enjoy!

Notes

*If using dried dill weed, decrease amount to 1 teaspoon
*Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
