Easy Dill Aioli Recipe
This Dill Aioli recipe comes together in a matter of minutes with the most flavorful results! It goes great with salmon, crab cakes, chicken, potatoes and makes an awesome dipping sauce for fries!

⅓ cup Mayo 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed 1 clove garlic crushed and minced 3 teaspoons fresh dill weed chopped
Start by chopping the dill, mincing the garlic and juicing the lemon.
In a small bowl, add the mayo, lemon juice, dill and garlic.
Mix together until well blended. Cover and place in fridge to chill for 15 minutes or more so that the flavors can blend. Enjoy!
*If using dried dill weed, decrease amount to 1 teaspoon
*Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
