Notes

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in a preheated air fryer at 365 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 2 minutes until warm.
Pro Tips:
  • The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
  • The pork chops I used were ½ inch thick. Cooking time will need to be adjusted based on the thickness of your pork chop.
  • Do not overcook the pork chop or it can become tough. Since these pork chops are so thin, they cook faster than bone in pork chops. Check on doneness halfway through the cooking process.
  • The USDA recommends pork be cooked until it has an internal temperature of 145 Fahrenheit as measured by a meat thermometer with the addition of a three-minute rest time.
