Instructions
To a medium bowl, add the potatoes, onion, canola oil, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until well coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the air fryer is ready, add the potatoes and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer, let cool, then enjoy!

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
Pro Tips:
When chopping the potatoes, be sure to chop them all around the same size. This is to ensure they cook evenly.
The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
Butter can be omitted if you want these to be dairy free.
