  • 4 (8) inch tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 tablespoons sauerkraut
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices roasted turkey
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Air Fryer Instructions:

  • Warm tortillas by stacking them on a microwaveable plate, cover them with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-25 seconds until warm.
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and spread on a layer of Thousand Island dressing, 1 slices of Swiss cheese, 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut, and two slices of turkey.
  • Tightly roll up the tortilla like a burrito. Repeat for the remaining 3 tortillas.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the garlic powder with the melted butter. Brush each wrap with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Add the wraps to the air fryer, seam down, and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Brush with additional garlic butter sauce.
  • Remove wraps from the air fryer. Let them cool. Cut them in half and enjoy!

Oven Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Warm up the tortillas by placing them on a microwavable plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 25 seconds until warm. You can also use a tortilla warmer if you have one.
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a plate or cutting board and spread on a layer of Thousand Island dressing, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut, and 2 slices of roasted turkey. Roll up the tortilla like a burrito. Repeat for the remaining 3 tortillas.
  • Mix the garlic powder and melted butter together and then brush each wrap with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place the wraps on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 10-15 minutes until the outsides are golden brown.
  • Once the wraps are done, remove them from the oven and brush with additional garlic butter. Let cool, cut in half and enjoy!

Notes

*These wraps are best when eaten fresh. If you do have leftovers, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
*Be sure to warm the tortillas. Warm tortillas fold easier without breaking.
*The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
