Make the rub: To a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel on both sides.
Brush each pork chop with olive oil on both sides.
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with the rub and press it into the pork chops.
Add the pork chops to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit as read by a food thermometer.
Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let rest on a plate for 3 minutes before cutting. Then enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
