Pat the chicken dry on both sides with a paper towel.
To a large bowl, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, and brown sugar. Stir until well blended.
Add the chicken breast to the bowl and toss until well coated with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add chicken to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, flip the chicken, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure not to overcook.
Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer, let cool, then enjoy!
