These Turkey Reuben Wraps are so delicious and simple to make! Each wrap is filled with roasted turkey, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing and then cooked in the air fryer with a brush of garlic butter until golden brown.
Warm tortillas by stacking them on a microwaveable plate, cover them with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-25 seconds until warm.
Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and spread on a layer of Thousand Island dressing, 1 slices of Swiss cheese, 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut, and two slices of turkey.
Tightly roll up the tortilla like a burrito. Repeat for the remaining 3 tortillas.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Mix the garlic powder with the melted butter. Brush each wrap with the garlic butter mixture.
Add the wraps to the air fryer, seam down, and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Brush with additional garlic butter sauce.
Remove wraps from the air fryer. Let them cool. Cut them in half and enjoy!

Notes
*These wraps are best when eaten fresh. If you do have leftovers, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.*Be sure to warm the tortillas. Warm tortillas fold easier without breaking.*The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
