Recipe Substitutions and Variations:
Tortilla wrap-Low carb, tomato, or spinach tortillas a can be used instead of flour tortillas.
Storage and Reheating Instructions:
These wraps are best when eaten fresh. If you do have leftovers, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Pro Tips:
- Squeeze as much liquid as you can from the sauerkraut, so it doesn’t make the tortilla soggy.
- Be sure to warm the tortillas. Warm tortillas fold easier without breaking.
- The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.

These are insanely delicious! Dip into a sweet French dressing and serve with cottage cheese - out of site! Love the crispy texture. Love how light they are - not so filling with bread!
