    Equipment Needed:

    Ingredients:

Air Fryer Hot Italian Wraps recipe labeled ingredients in various dishes on a white marble surface: ham, hard salami, pepperoni slices, flour tortillas, mozzarella cheese, Italian dressing, banana peppers, Italian seasoning, melted butter.
    labeled ingredients
    • Flour Tortillas - I used 8-inch flour tortillas.
    • Sliced Ham
    • Hard Salami Slices
    • Pepperoni Slices
    • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • Banana Peppers
    • Italian Dressing - I used Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing. A zesty Italian dressing would work as well.
    • Italian Seasoning
    • Melted Butter - This will add an amazing buttery flavor to the tortilla and make the tortilla nice and golden once cooked in the air fryer.

    Air Fryer Instructions:

    1. Warm the tortillas by stacking them onto a microwavable plate, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until warm. You can also use a tortilla warmer if you have one.

    Recipe Variations:

    • Cheese - Mozzarella is used in this recipe, but Provolone cheese would work great as well.

    Storage and Reheating Instructions:

    • Wrap leftovers in food plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
    • To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-2 minutes.

    Pro Tips:

    • Warm tortillas up. Warm tortillas are easier to fold and less likely to rip while folding.
    • Don’t overfill the tortillas. Adding too many fillings to the tortillas will make them impossible to fold.
    • I used my Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart air fryer to test this recipe, so cook times my vary slightly based on the air fryer you are using.
