Frozen Grilled Chicken Strips made in the Air fryer is an easy way to make a quick lunch or dinner. These chicken strips can go on top of salads, wraps and more!
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 6 minutes.
Brush olive oil on the air fryer tray.
Add frozen grilled chicken strips to the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until warm. Flip the halfway through. Do not overcook.
Remove chicken strips from air fryer. Let cool, then even with some dipping sauce or in your favorite recipe.

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-3 until warm throughout.
Pro Tips:
Do not overcook the chicken strips because it will make them dry and tough. Be sure to check on them halfway through the cooking process.
The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
