- Frozen Grilled Chicken Strips - These are the precooked, frozen grilled chicken strips. I used Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Strips. Other popular brands include Perdue, Aldi, Costco, Trader Joe’s, or Kroger.
- Olive Oil
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 6 minutes.
2. Brush olive oil on the air fryer tray.
3. Add frozen grilled chicken strips to the air fryer in a single layer.
4. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until warm. Flip the halfway through. Do not overcook.
5. Remove chicken strips from air fryer. Let cool, then even with some dipping sauce or in your favorite recipe.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-3 until warm throughout.
