  • Make the marinade: To a large glass bowl, add the Italian dressing, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.
  • Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss the until well coated. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Once the air fryer is ready, spray the air fryer tray with cooking oil.
  • Place the chicken tenderloins into the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking process.
  • Remove the chicken tenderloins from the air fryer and let cool. Then enjoy!

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • To reheat, preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 2 to 3 minutes until warm throughout.

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer. When cooking the chicken tenderloins, make sure they are in a single layer in the air fryer.
  • The USDA recommends that all chicken be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit as measured by an internal food thermometer.
  • The air fryer used in this recipe was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 court and since all air fryers are different you may need to adjust the cook time.
