Why You Will Love This Recipe:
- I am always coming up with kid friendly recipes that are easy, delicious, and quick. These marinated chicken tenders donโt disappoint. The marinade soaks into the tenderloins giving them so much flavor throughout.
- These chicken tenderloins can be made as a main for dinner or put on sandwiches, wraps, or on top of salads.
- Once cooked, these tenders can be stored in the fridge for 4 days, making them perfect for meal prep. I like to make these ahead of time and store them in the fridge for meals like chicken salad or chicken wraps.

Q&A:
For the best flavor, chicken tenderloins need to be marinated for at least 30 minutes.
The white string that you see in chicken tenderloins is the tendon. The tendon can be chewy, so if you would like to remove it you can cut it out with a pair of kitchen scissors before marinating. I usually leave the tendon in and remove it after cooking.

Equipment Needed:
Ingredients:

- Chicken Tenderloins - Raw chicken tenderloins. If your grocery store doesnโt have chicken tenders, you can cut a chicken breast lengthwise into 1-inch strips.

- Honey - Adds a slight sweet flavor and a delicious coating to the outside of the chicken.
- Seasonings - Salt, Pepper, Garlic Power
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Make the marinade: To a large glass bowl, add the Italian dressing, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.

3. After 30 minutes, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Place the chicken tenderloins into the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking process.

6. Remove the chicken tenderloins from the air fryer and let cool. Then enjoy!
