Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Pat the outside of the chicken breast dry with a paper towel.
2. Hold one piece of chicken with the palm of your hand and with a sharp knife, slice it horizontally, but don’t cut it all the way through.
3. Turn the chicken over and rub with olive oil. Then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Repeat with the remaining 2 chicken breasts.
4. Stuff chicken with pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and red pepper flakes.
5. Close the chicken and secure the outer edge with toothpicks.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 18 minutes.
7. Add the chicken breasts to the air fryer and cook for 15 to 18 minutes until the chicken is done and has reached internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (per USDA recommendations).
8. Once done, remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes. Remove toothpicks. Then enjoy!
