  • Brush the baking pan with melted butter.
  • In a medium bowl, add the eggs and whisk them until well blended.
  • Pour half the egg mixture in the baking pan, then top with the ham, cheese, and green onions.
  • Pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Once the air fryer is preheated, place the baking pan inside the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until done. The top will be a slight golden-brown color and the middle should not jiggle.
  • Remove the omelet from the air fryer and transfer to a clean cutting board to cut.

Notes

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
  • This omelet is best when eaten fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until warm. Reheat in the air fryer at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until warm.
Pro Tips:
  • Remove the omelet from the air fryer as soon as it's done to avoid overcooking.
  • The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, be sure to check on your omelet halfway through the cooking process.
