In a medium bowl, add the eggs and whisk them until well blended.
Pour half the egg mixture in the baking pan, then top with the ham, cheese, and green onions.
Pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the air fryer is preheated, place the baking pan inside the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until done. The top will be a slight golden-brown color and the middle should not jiggle.
Remove the omelet from the air fryer and transfer to a clean cutting board to cut.
Notes
Storage And Reheating Instructions:
This omelet is best when eaten fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until warm. Reheat in the air fryer at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until warm.
Pro Tips:
Remove the omelet from the air fryer as soon as it's done to avoid overcooking.
The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, be sure to check on your omelet halfway through the cooking process.
