There is no need to add milk or water to this omelet. However, if you would like a slightly puffier omelet, you can add a teaspoon or water or milk if you prefer.

- 8 x 8 inch round baking pan
Ingredients:
- Butter - Melted butter will be used to grease the baking dish.
- Eggs - You will need 4 large eggs.
- Ham - I chopped up some deli ham that I had on hand. You can also use leftover ham or diced ham.
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Shredded Colby Jack or mozzarella work great as well.
- Green Onions - Scallions or chives would work as well.
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Brush the baking pan with melted butter.
2. In a medium bowl, add the eggs and whisk them until well blended.
3. Pour half the egg mixture in the baking pan, then top with the ham, cheese, and green onions.
4. Pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Once the air fryer is preheated, place the baking pan inside the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until done. The top will be a slight golden-brown color and the middle should not jiggle.
7. Remove the omelet from the air fryer and transfer to a clean cutting board to cut.
