Once the air fryer is ready, add the pork chops to the air fryer in a single layer and cook them for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until the pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit as measured by a food thermometer. The timing will depend on the thickness of your pork chop.
Once done, immediately remove the pork chops and let rest on a plate for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, the pork chops will be juicy and ready for you to enjoy!
Notes
Storage And Reheating Instructions:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 5 minutes until warm throughout.
Pro Tips:
The air fryer used to test the recipe was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. All air fryers cook differently, so you may need to adjust the cook time accordingly.
Don’t overcook the pork chops or they will become tough and dry. The pork chops I used were around 1.5 inches thick. If you have thinner pork chops then you will want to decrease the cook time and if you have pork chops thicker than 1.5 inches then you will want to increase the cook time.
Cook pork to 145 degrees Fahrenheit as measured by a food thermometer.
