Juicy Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs (quick and easy)
This boneless chicken thighs recipe bakes up juicy and flavorful every time! Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner, these chicken thighs are done in under 30 minutes from start to finish. Made with simple ingredients, they deliver incredible flavor with little effort.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
To a large bowl, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well blended. You can add more olive oil if the mixture is too thick.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and using your hands, toss the chicken in the oil seasoning mixture until the chicken is well coated.
Add the chicken thighs to the sheet pan smooth side up and bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip the chicken at least once during the cooking process.

The chicken thighs I used were medium in size and took about 25 minutes to cook in a preheated oven set to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. You may require a little more or less time depending on the size of your chicken thighs.
