Yes, but keep in mind that bone in chicken thighs will take a longer time to cook. I recommend trying my juicy bone-in baked chicken thighs recipe for the best results.
The brown sugar adds a nice caramelization to the chicken, so I recommend using it. However, you can leave it out if youโd like.
Nope, this recipe requires the chicken thighs to bake uncovered for the best results.

Equipment Needed:
- Sheet Pan
- Cooking Tongs

- Onion Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Brown Sugar
- Italian Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and set aside.

What To Serve With Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs:
- My favorite way to serve these is over a bed of rice with a green vegetable side dish, like green beans, broccoli, or fried cabbage.

Recipe Variations And Substitutions:
- BBQ sauce - Brush the chicken thighs with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking for a nice twist.
- Add some heat - Try adding a half teaspoon of salt-free Cajun seasoning or red pepper flakes for a little heat.
Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time until warm.
Pro Tips:
- Line the sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
- The chicken thighs I used were medium in size and took about 25 minutes to cook in a preheated oven set to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. You may require a little more or less time depending on the size of your chicken thighs.

This is so easy to make with staple spices that most of us have on hand. It is so delicious! I think I'm going to make a bunch and then just measure a couple of tablespoons and add oil. You could even just shake it on. Really good!!

Can I use bone-in and skin-on chicken meat in this recipe? Thank you

Yes, but you will need to adjust the cook time accordingly as they will take longer to cook.
