What To Serve With Air Fryer Steak Bites:

Air fryer steak bites pair perfectly with simple, tasty sides. Try them with mushrooms, or creamy potatoes. For green veggies, go with this stove top frozen green beans recipe, seasoned asparagus, or this simple green beans recipe. They're also great in tacos!
Recipe Variations And Substitutions:
You can easily switch up the flavor of your air fryer steak bites with a few simple variations. For a spicy kick, toss the steak pieces in Cajun seasoning before cooking. Prefer a sweet and savory combo? Try using a steak rub made with a touch of brown sugar to add a hint of caramelized flavor. You can also swap out the cut of beefโsirloin, ribeye, or even flank steak all works well.
Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 days.
- To reheat, place the steak bites in the air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 4 minutes until warmed through, or heat them in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes.

Pro Tips:
- Cut the steak into similar-sized cubes to ensure even cooking.
- Preheat your air fryer for the best sear and to lock in flavor.
- Cook the steak bites in a single layer so that they get crispy on the edges; if you're making a larger batch, cook in batches instead of crowding the basket.
- Want to feed more people? This recipe can easily be doubledโjust keep that single-layer rule in mind.
- For doneness, aim for about 4โ5 minutes for medium-rare, 6โ7 minutes for medium, and 8โ9 minutes for well-done, depending on your air fryer and steak size.
- The air fryers used to test this recipe were the Cosori TurboBlaze 6 Quart and the Instant Vortex Plus 6 Quart. Since all air fryers cook differently, you may need to adjust the cook time slightly depending on what air fryer you use.
