What To Love About This Recipe:

  • These pork chop bites are excellent for a super quick weeknight meal. Because the pork chops are cut into smaller pieces, they cook so much faster than whole pork chops!
  • You will love how juicy and flavorful these are with minimal effort needed.
  • You can pair these pork chop bites with practically any side dish for an easy dinner. I love serving these with rice and a veggie side dish like air fryer frozen green beans, or sautéed spinach. See below for an additional list of side dish ideas.

What To Serve With:

  • Pair these pork bites with a starchy side dish like white rice or these air fryer fingerling potatoes and a veggie side dish like roasted broccoli, air fryer asparagus, or sautéed spinach.

Recipe Variations And Substitutions:

  • Try this recipe using my pork rub seasoning. It is such a delicious pork rub that can be made and stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months!

Storage And Reheating Instructions:

  • Leftovers should be refrigerated in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 3 minutes until warm throughout. These can also be reheated in the microwave, but make sure not to overheat them. I recommend microwaving on high 25 seconds at a time until they are heated.

Pro Tips:

  • Be sure not to overcook. These bite sized pork bites cook fast, so make sure to take them out of the air fryer when done or else they will continue to cook from the residual heat.
  • I recommend preheating your air fryer for the best results. My air fryer has a preheat button that I press and then it beeps when ready. Be sure to preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • The air fryer used in this recipe was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers cook differently, you may need to adjust the timing until done.
  • Pork should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
