Ingredients (Full recipe located in recipe card below):

- Pork Chops - Use center-cut pork chops that are 1 to 2 inches thick.
- Olive Oil - Or your favorite cooking oil.
- Smoked Paprika - Regular paprika will work if that is what you have on hand.
- Seasonings: Onion powder, dried oregano, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Start by patting the pork chops dry with a paper towel.

2. Cut the pork chops into 1-inch-thick pieces.

3. To a large bowl, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.

4. Add the pork chop bites to the bowl and toss until well coated.

5. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This usually takes about 2 to 4 minutes.

6. Once the air fryer is ready, add the pork chop bites in a single layer and cook for 4 minutes.

7. After 4 minutes, shake the air fryer basket or flip the pork chop bites. Cook for an additional 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

8. Once done, immediately remove the pork bites from the air fryer, let cool for 3 minutes, then enjoy!

Recipe Variations And Substitutions:
- Try this recipe using my pork rub seasoning. It is such a delicious pork rub that can be made and stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months!

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- Leftovers should be refrigerated in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 3 minutes until warm throughout. These can also be reheated in the microwave, but make sure not to overheat them. I recommend microwaving on high 25 seconds at a time until they are heated.

Pro Tips:
- Be sure not to overcook. These bite sized pork bites cook fast, so make sure to take them out of the air fryer when done or else they will continue to cook from the residual heat.
- I recommend preheating your air fryer for the best results. My air fryer has a preheat button that I press and then it beeps when ready. Be sure to preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- The air fryer used in this recipe was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers cook differently, you may need to adjust the timing until done.
- Pork should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
