Recipe Variations And Substitutions:
- Butter adds extra flavor but can be omitted if you prefer dairy free.
- Try adding ยฝ teaspoon of dried rosemary to this recipe for a different flavor profile.
Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- Store leftover potatoes in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
- Reheat in a preheated air fryer of 380 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes until warm throughout.
Pro Tips:
- The air fryer used in this recipe was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers cook differently you may need to adjust the cook time according.
- Make sure to cook the potatoes in a single layer. I have a little overlap with the potatoes and that was okay, but they should mostly be cooked in a single layer for the best results.
