Recipe Variations And Substitutions:
I kept this recipe simple, however, you can try different seasonings. For extra flavor, add garlic power and ground black pepper. For a little spice, you can add a little chili powder or smoked paprika.

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 days.
- Reheat in a preheated air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 to 4 minutes.
Pro Tips:
- The air fryer used in this recipe was the Instant Vortex 6 quart. Since all air fryers cook differently, you may need to cook these for less or a little more time depending on what air fryer you use and the thickness of the slices. Always check on your food halfway through the cooking process.
- Be sure to slice the potatos so that they are ยผ inch thick. Any thinner and you may end up with hard chips.
- When slicing the sweet potatoes, be sure each slice is the same thickness for even cooking.
