Ingredients (Full recipe located in recipe card below):

- Asparagus - Large asparagus works best for this recipe.
- Olive Oil - I used extra virgin olive oil
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning - I used salt free lemon pepper.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Power
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Start by cutting off the woody stems from the asparagus. Set aside.

2. To a small bowl, add the olive oil, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well blended.

3. Brush the asparagus on all sides with the oil seasoning mixture.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Recipe Variations And Substitutions:
- Try sprinkling grated or shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the asparagus before serving. Freshly squeezed lemon juice on top before serving tastes great as well.
Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pro Tips:
- I used thick/large asparagus for this recipe. If you are using thin asparagus, then you will need to reduce the cook time.
- The air fryer used in the recipe was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. I preheated the air fryer for 3 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit before adding in the asparagus to cook.
- I used salt free lemon pepper seasoning, but some brands of lemon pepper contain salt. Be sure to check the ingredients of the lemon pepper seasoning you are using and if it contains salt, then there is no need to add the salt listed in the recipe.
