- Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- Rice Vinegar - Enhances flavor.
- Soy Sauce - I used low sodium soy sauce.
- Sesame oil - Adds extra flavor.
- Brown Sugar - Or you can use honey.
- Sriracha Sauce - Adds a little heat.
- Garlic Powder - Or use 1 glove of chopped fresh garlic instead.
- Green Onion or Scallions - This will be used as a garnish.
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. To a large bowl, add the brown sugar, garlic powder, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce. Stir until well blended.

2. Add the chicken to the marinade and toss until well coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Once the air fryer is ready, add the chicken in a single layer with the smooth side down. Discard remaining marinade. Cook for 15 minutes until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping the chicken halfway through.
