- Boneless Pork Chops - Must be around ยฝ inch thick. You can also use bone-in pork chops, but you will need to adjust the cooking time as bone in usually takes longer to cook.
- Olive oil
- Seasoning Blend:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Chili Powder
- Brown Sugar
- Dried Parsley Flakes
- Dried Oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Prepare the seasoning blend: In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, dried parsley flakes, and dried oregano. Stir until well mixed.


- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Alternatively, you can use a nonstick ceramic coated baking sheet if you prefer.
