Equipment Needed:
Ingredients (Full recipe located in recipe card below):

- Boneless Pork Chops - I use the standard grocery store pork chops. They are about 1 inch thick but not over 1 inch. If you use thicker cuts or bone-in pork chops, you will need to adjust the cook time accordingly.
- Olive Oil - Helps the seasoning stick to the pork chops and aids in keeping the chops juicy.
- Salt - Brings out the natural flavor of the pork.
- Ground Black Pepper - Adds a gentle kick.
- Garlic Powder - A must for any pork chop recipe.
- Onion Powder - Adds depth that rounds out the seasoning blend.
- Smoked Parika - Adds a smoky flavor.
- Chili Powder - Adds an earthy and savory flavor.
- Brown Sugar - Adds a touch of sweetness and tenderizes.
- BBQ Sauce - Use your favorite store-bought BBQ sauce or make your own.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.

- Mix the seasonings: In a small bowl, mix the salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and brown sugar. Set aside.

- Pat each pork chop dry using a paper towel, then brush with olive oil.

- Season the pork chops generously with the seasoning mixture. Rub the seasoning in.

- Place the pork chops on the sheet pan and bake them for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the pork chops from the oven and brush all sides with BBQ sauce.

- Place the pork chops back in the oven and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the internal temperature is 145 degrees Fahrenheit (you may have to cook longer if using thicker cuts).

- Remove pork chops from the oven and rest on a plate for 5 minutes for the juiciest results.

Pro Tips:
