Ingredients (Full recipe located in recipe card below):

Baked bbq pork chops recipe ingredients in various dishes on a white marble surface: boneless pork chops, olive oil, bbq sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and onion powder.
  • Boneless Pork Chops - I use the standard grocery store pork chops. They are about 1 inch thick but not over 1 inch. If you use thicker cuts or bone-in pork chops, you will need to adjust the cook time accordingly.
  • Olive Oil - Helps the seasoning stick to the pork chops and aids in keeping the chops juicy.
  • Salt - Brings out the natural flavor of the pork.
  • Ground Black Pepper - Adds a gentle kick.
  • Garlic Powder - A must for any pork chop recipe.
  • Onion Powder - Adds depth that rounds out the seasoning blend.
  • Smoked Parika - Adds a smoky flavor.
  • Chili Powder - Adds an earthy and savory flavor.
  • Brown Sugar - Adds a touch of sweetness and tenderizes.
  • BBQ Sauce - Use your favorite store-bought BBQ sauce or make your own.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.

Storage And Reheating Instructions:

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave for 25 seconds at a time until warmed throughout.

Pro Tips:

  • Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes after cooking for juicy pork chops.
  • Do not overcook the pork chops. I used boneless pork chops that were just 1 inch thick. Thinner pork chops will require less cook time, and thicker pork chops will require longer cook time.
