Storage And Reheating Instructions:

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in a skillet over low heat with a couple tablespoons of broth until warm throughout. You can also microwave for 15 seconds at a time until warm throughout.

Pro Tips:

  • Don’t overcook - Overcooked pork chops are dry and tough. Use a food thermometer if needed. Pork needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • My pork chops were standard 1 inch thick. Keep in mind that thinner pork chops will take less cook time, like in my stove top thin pork chop recipe, and more time for thicker cuts.
  • Let them rest - Let the pork chops rest for at least 3 minutes after cooking so that the juices can redistribute throughout the pork chops, making them nice and juicy.
  • Pat the pork chops dry before cooking - This helps get a nice golden sear on the pork chops, which adds to a richer flavor.
