Instructions

Air Fryer Instructions:

  • Warm the tortillas: Stack the tortillas on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread it with a tablespoon of ranch dressing. Layer on cheese, bacon, and chicken.
  • Tightly wrap the tortilla up like a burrito. Assemble the remaining 3 wraps.
  • Brush the top of each wrap with melted butter.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.
  • Place wraps into the air fryer seam-side-down and cook for 5 minutes or until golden.
  • When done, brush the wraps with additional melted butter (optional).
  • Remove wraps from air fryer. Let cool. Then enjoy with your favorite side dish. I like an additional side of ranch to dip the wraps.

Oven Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Prepare the wraps as directed in the recipe.
  • Place wraps seam-side-down on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
  • These wraps are best when eaten fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-3 minutes until crispy.
Pro Tips:
  • Warm the tortillas in microwave before using them. This makes them easier to fold.
  • Don’t overfill the tortillas or they will be hard to fold.
  • I recommend using the large sized tortillas (10 inch).
  • The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
