Once the air fryer is heated, add the Italian sausage to the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, flip them over, then cook for an additional 6 minutes until they have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

Air Fryer Frozen Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 365 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the air fryer is heated, remove the frozen sausages from all packaging and place into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes until the internal temperature is 160 degrees Fahrenheit as measured with a food thermometer.

Storage And Reheating Instructions:
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 2-3 minutes until heated throughout.
Pro Tips:
The USDA recommends that ground pork needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit as measured with a meat thermometer.
The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
