- Mayo - your favorite store bought mayo
- Bacon .
- Lemon Juice - Freshly squeezed works best. Half a lemon usually yields one tablespoon lemon juice.
- Garlic - finely minced
- Smoked Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper

I wouldn't recommend freezing. Aioli doesn’t freeze well because once thawed the mayo can become watery.

Refrigerate and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
