- Onion Powder - Rounds out the seasoning. Can be increased for a less spicy blend.
- Dried Thyme - Adds a warm, slight peppery flavor.
- Dried Oregano - Adds an earthly and savory flavor.
- Cayenne Pepper - Provides the heat. Can be increased or decreased based on your desired spice level.
Customizing Cajun Seasoning to Taste:
- Mild: Decrease cayenne, increase paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spicy: Add more cayenne pepper.
- Low Sodium: Omit salt or cut in half.
