  • Add all of the seasonings to a small bowl.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Taste and adjust salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
  • Use right away or store in a spice jar for up to 6 months.

How Much Cajun Seasoning To Use:
  • Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per pound of chicken, pork, shrimp, salmon, or vegetables.
