  1. Mix the seasonings: To a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir until well blended.

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry using a paper towel and season with the seasoning mixture.

  1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil.

  1. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, smooth side down, and cook 5 to 6 minutes. Flip the chicken and add the butter to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken is rich in color like my photos and has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  1. Using a spoon, scoop up the butter sauce and drizzle it over the chicken.

      Thanks for your question. Yes, melt the butter, then mix together the olive oil, melted butter, and seasonings in a large bowl. Toss the chicken in the oil seasoning mixture. Cook in a preheated air fryer at 380F for 15 minutes or until done (may take longer for larger chicken thighs). Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking process.
