Recipe Variations And Substitutions:
Wraps - Flour or low carb tortillas can be used. Just make sure they are at least 10 inches in size or they will be difficult to fold.
Storage And Reheating Instructions:
- These wraps are best enjoyed right away, but if you do have leftovers, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-3 minutes until warm.
Pro Tips:
- Use warm tortillas. Warm the tortillas using a tortilla warmer or the microwave as directed in the recipe below. Do not skip this step or your tortillas may break when folding.
- Be sure to use large burrito sized tortillas. Anything smaller would be impossible to roll.
- Shake off excess juice from the pickles before placing in wrap. The excess juice can make the tortilla soggy.
- The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.

Fixed this for my family tonight. They LOVED it! Easy and tasty. Served with a side salad. Very filing. Used 1.25 lbs of ground beef and it made 7. Will be making again! Good job in creating this!
