    Recipe Variations And Substitutions:

    • Cheese - I used shredded Cheddar Jack cheese, but you can use shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella, or a Mexican cheese blend.
    • Tortillas - Spinach, wheat or low carb tortillas can be used instead of flour tortillas if that’s what you prefer.

    Storage And Reheating Instructions:

    • Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
    • To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-3 minutes until warm throughout.

    Pro Tips:

    • Be sure to warm the tortillas before use. Otherwise, they make crack when you fold them.
    • Make sure all the shredded cheese on top of the pockets is pressed down into the softened butter. This holds it in place so it doesn’t fly around in the air fryer.
    • The air fryer I used was the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers are different, you will need to adjust the cook time based on the air fryer you are using.
