Equipment Needed:

- Flour Tortillas
- Sliced Ham
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Sauce
- Black Olives
- Sliced Pepperoni
- Banana Peppers
- Cooking Oil
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Warm Tortillas: Warm tortillas by placing them on a microwavable plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 25 seconds. Alternatively, you can use a microwave tortilla warmer. I prefer using this microwavable tortilla warmer because it's quick and I save on paper towel usage.

2. Laying a tortilla flat, spread on a thin layer of pizza sauce, then top with ham, cheese, pepperoni, banana peppers and black olives. Repeat for the remaining wrap.

3. Roll the tortilla up like a burrito.

4. Brush or spray the tops of the wraps with cooking oil.

5. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Add the wraps to the air fryer and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.

7. Remove wraps from air fryer, let cool, then enjoy!

Oven Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Before starting, warm the tortillas using a microwavable tortilla warmer or cover the tortillas with a damp paper towel and microwave for 25 seconds.
3. Laying a tortilla flat, spread on a thin layer of pizza sauce, then add one slice of ham, cheese, pepperoni, banana peppers and black olives. Roll up the wrap like a burrito. Repeat for the remaining tortilla.
4. Place the wraps on the baking sheet and spray or brush with cooking oil.
5. Bake the wraps for 10 to 15 minutes until the tortillas are golden brown.
6. Remove from oven, let cool, then enjoy!
