One of my favorite ways to serve smoke sausage is for breakfast with pancakes along with a side of eggs and air fryer potatoes and onions. For dinner, I love making my fried cabbage with smoked sausage.

Equipment Needed:
Ingredients (Full recipe located in recipe card below):

- Smoked sausage - I usually use Eckrich, Hillshire or Johnsonville skinless pork smoked sausage. They come fully cooked and in different varieties like pork, beef, turkey, cheddar, or Kielbasa. Use whatever brand and flavor you prefer.
- Cooking oil - Used to coat the air fryer basket and prevent sticking.
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking oil.

2. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Slice the smoked sausage into ยฝ inch thick rounds.

4. Add the smoked sausage rounds to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 6 minutes until heated thoroughly. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer if you prefer more char.

5. Remove the sausage from the air fryer, let cool, then enjoy.

Frozen Smoked Sausage In Air Fryer:
1. Spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Remove the smoked sausage from the packaging and add to the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes then flip the sausage and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until thoroughly heated.
4. Remove the sausage from the air fryer, let cool, then enjoy.

What To Serve With Air Fryer Smoked Sausage:
- Smoked sausage goes great with air fryer potatoes and onions, air fryer sautรฉed onions, or air fryer peppers and onions.
- It can be served as an appetizer and dipped in dipped in BBQ sauce, ketchup, or mustard.
- For dinner, smoked sausage can be served over rice or pasta and paired with a veggie side dish like air fryer green beans (from frozen), air fryer parmesan green beans, or air fryer baby potatoes.
- For breakfast, I like to serve smoked sausage with an air fryer omelet and air fryer breakfast potatoes.

Air Fryer Instructions:
- Spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice the smoked sausage into ยฝ inch thick rounds.
